We’re Hiring! Graphic Design & Digital Marketing All-Rounder
At Gem Socials, we’re a small but mighty team, and we’re looking for a creative all-rounder who’s just as excited by a bold design as they are by how social media fits into the world of digital marketing.
The Role includes but isn’t limited to:
Part-time (up to 3 days a week to start with) in Port Macquarie NSW (remote and on-location).
Predominantly graphic design: creating social media posts, reels, ads, and visuals that stop the scroll
Digital marketing strategy: supporting ad campaigns, brainstorming creative ideas, and testing ways to get the best results
Content creation: working within a team, you’ll be shooting on-the-fly videos, capturing photos, and even running with a gopro on a stick!
Video editing: turning raw footage into short, engaging clips for socials
Content calendarising: planning posts that align with client goals
Report analysis: helping spot what’s working (and what’s not), plus keeping up with current trends and developments in the digital marketing space, like AI
Event support: helping capture event content and creating socials that bring the vibe to life
Problem-solving: figuring out how to make our clients shine

Experience
We’re looking for someone who’s had real-world experience in social media marketing and content creation- and has the work to prove it.
If you’ve created graphics, videos, or campaigns that you’re proud of, we’d love to see them.
